Day Five - Why do you really want to lose weight? Are you doing it for you?

Of course I’m doing it for me. I just don’t want to feel self-conscious anymore. I know I’m not overweight or anything, but since I’ve come to university I know I gained something. When I look at pictures from grade nine and ten, I miss that body. I want to see myself in the mirror and think “I look good.” This isn’t for anyone else but myself.
